Even in Tenerife, New Years Eve is a time not only for parties (and Tenerife certainly knows how to Party with a capital P) but a time for reflection. Here at Tenerife Times we see no reason to be any different, so whilst we wish everyone a very Happy Tenerife New Year, we will try and reflect on the past year and the future.

Since its early beginnings in April 2006, Tenerife Times has seen remarkable growth not only in visitor numbers but in search engine placing. We have seen the site rise from its humble beginnings to now being classed as one of the top 1million web sites in the world (Alexa Rankings) - and rising.

Our focus is still the same, to provide quality information to visitors about Tenerife.  This information is often supplied by either residents of Tenerife or visitors to Tenerife and we are looking to increase the number of our Tenerife professional who contribute articles throughout 2007.

2007 will hopefully see Tenerife Times improve its rankings and visitor numbers even further. We have a number of innovative ideas that we will be looking to implement throughout the year that will hopefully prove to be popular with our visitors - so as the saying goes - watch this space.
