Tenerife is a duty free Island, you can get allsorts of goods and products at knock down prices. Electrical goods are cheap, Cameras etc are very cheap in Tenerife, as is the booze! My favourite tipple is Gin, Gordons by preference, its only €9.95 for a litre bottle in the local Netto stores and its stronger than in the UK!

Coffe the Secret Tenerife Keeps

However, the real bargain to be had in duty free Tenerife is the Coffee, in our local supermarket in Tenerife, I can buy a 250gms pack of coffee for less than 1 euro! How cheap is that? 60-some pence for a product that at best is £2.50 in the UK and at worse is over £5.

That in my mind is the duty free secret Tenerife keeps. Next time you visit Tenerife, never mind filling your case with drink and cigs, hunt down the coffee!
