Los Gigantes is situated on the West Coast of Tenerife in the principality of Santiago del Teide approx 40km from the Reina Sofia Airport that serves the south of Tenerife.

Without doubt the most striking feature of Los Gigantes are the cliffs the guard the harbour from the North if the island. The translation of the term Los Gigantes from Spanish into English is literally ‘The Giants’, this clearly is a reference to the imposing cliffs that create a natural sun trap for this area.

The Cliffs here appear to drop almost vertically into the sea from the heavens. Ranging in hight between 500m & 800m these cliffs draw the large pleasure boats that take tourists out to view them and the Dolphins.

The beautiful picturesque fishing village is an ideal place for a holiday in Tenerife. Los Gigantes is a thriving, bustling area with many hotels that cater for the needs of holiday makers as well as holiday apartments and villas.

Should you wish to stay in Los Gigantes on your next Tenerife Holiday then Tenerife Real Estate Agents TenerifePropertySales.com have vast selection of rental properties that sit alongside their portfolio of Tenerife Properties for Sale.
