Here at Tenerife Times we were recently asked a question about Tenerife and Internet Connections, further to my answer to this query and a recent posting about the latest Direct Telecom I thought I would look at this offer and see just what they offer.

It would appear that Direct Telecom, whilst being a National Company with offices thoroughout Spain have an office base on Tenerife in Los Cristianos (making it handy for Tenerife residents) and offer both ADSL Broadband Internet for Tenerife and VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) services to homes and Businesses throughout Spain and the Canaries from as little as 29.50 Euros per month.

The support staff employed by Direct Telecom are multi-lingual, this means that you can speak to an operator in English, Spanish and German as well as other languages and a full support service is available.

They offer a full range of  Internet based services including a neat add on service (at the time of writing) that offers the customer 1000 minutes of calls to any landline of a single country (chosen on sign up for the account) per month for only 14.50 euros.

It would appear that Direct Telecom are a very credible alternative as an Tenerife Broadband provider to other established suppliers.
