There is quite a debate going on in Tenerife at the moment, it would appear that Sir Elton John may be playing a concert in November. It was reported in the Tenerife News Newspaper (Edition 332 7th – 20th September 2007) that the Deputy Mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife Angel Llanos had announced that Sir Elton would be staging a concert on 15th November 2007 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

However, it would appear that so far, there has been no official news of this performance on the stars website.

So the question still remains, will Elton John be performing in Tenerife during November. As the saying goes, watch this space, we will try our best to keep you up to date with any developments.

Further to this post, we have checked the Elton John offical web site and found the following quote:

We have spoken to Elton's management today and they confirm that Elton has no plans to play in Tenerife this year.

The offical Elton John Website states that Sir Elton WILL be performing in Tenerife on 24th January 2008.

He is expected to play at the Estadio Olimpico Antonio Dominguez (which is the Football ground in Las Americas) however it seems that on the grapevine there maybe some doubt about the VENUE, we will keep you posted on any developments and details of how you can get tickets as soon as we know anything.
