Have you ever wondered what Batman would look like without his mask? Well, on Saturday 17th May 2008 he was spotted drinking an Ice Cold bottle of Dorada beer at the bar in Westhaven Bay, Costa del Silencio, Tenerife.

As you can see, I was able to capture the scene on camera and here is the photographic proof of the true identity of the caped crusader who it would appear now resides in Tenerife and not Gotham City. He is of course none other than Chris of Tenerife Scuba.

On my recent trip to Tenerife I was lucky enough to be invited to one of the best parties I have had the pleasure of attending thanks to the Joint Birthday celebrations of Sarah and Chris at Tenerife Scuba and the Naming ceremony of their newborn son, Alfie.

Everyone had a great evening and we were all wonderfully entertained by a trio of Mexican Mariachi Singers as well as a fantastic display by a troupe of Flamenco Dancers.

The food was as usual (for Westhaven Bay) simply stunning, with Giant Prawns cooked on the BBQ and Fillet Steak served from the grill as well as an array of puddings and sweets to tempt even the most devout of slimmers!

Thank you Chris and Sarah for a great night and best wishes to you both and Alfie for the future.
