It has been reported recently in the news that if you have booked a Ryanair flight to Tenerife (or any other Ryanair destination) via a third party website, you may well have a problem when you come to try and check-in for your Tenerife flight. Why, because Ryanair have decided that they will no longer honour ANY flight that have NOT been booked direct on their own website. They have been turning passangers away as they try to book in for the flights that they have already paid for.
Rochelle Turner of Which? Holiday said: "We are stunned that Ryanair is treating its customers in this way. "At a time when many people are struggling to afford holidays overseas airlines should be finding ways to make it easier for families to book and travel, not making it even harder." The company will refund the websites for the cancelled flights but it will be up to each individual site to inform and refund their customers. Source: ITV If you have booked a Ryanair flight to Tenerife and used a third party website to secure you flight I suggest that you either contact Ryanair prior to your departure OR contact the site that you have booked your flight through for further clarification of the position.
