Cruise Liner visits Tenerife |

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, today saw the arrival of Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas Cruise Liner.
As part of the Freedom Class of Ships, Independance of the Seas is a massive 1112' lond with a Max beam of 184' and has a cruising speed of over 21 knots.

The latest in a long line of cruise ships to visit Tenerife boasts facilities that include:
9 hole minature golf course, rock climbing wall, fitness center and Sap, full size boxing ring and an Ice Rink.
Carrying a maximum of 3,643 passangers, the Indpenedance of the Sea is also due into Santa Cruz de Tenerife on 15th October as part of its 11 nights Canary Islands tour starting in Southampton and then visiting Funchal (Madeira), Portugal; Tenerife, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria; Lanzarote, Lisbon, Vigo (Spain) arriving back in Southampton on 26th October.
