Delays expected at Tenerife South Airport as Air Traffic Control go on Strike

We have just this minute received a text message from a TenerifeTimes.com visitor who is stuck on the runway at Tenerife South Airport and expecting 2-3 hour delays as they have been told that the Tenerife Air Traffic Control officers have gone on strike. We will let you know more details as they come in.
