On our last Tenerife holiday, there was a day that was not your typical Tenerife weather, it was overcast to say the least and a day on the balcony or beach sunbathing was very definitely out of the question; what were we to do and how could I bring a smile to my wife’s face despite the weather. The answer lay at Fanabe and in particular in the designer shops at the Plaza del Duque Shopping Center.

Plaza Del Duque Shopping Center, Fanabe, Tenerife

My wife like many others around the world likes nothing more than shopping and the better the quality of shops the more she enjoys it, so with this in mind I took her to the Plaza del Duque shopping center that is situated just up the road from the Playa Fanabe beach area.

She was in her element as she wondered around the many high class shops including Escada, Paris Glamour, Cartier to name but a few. There were high class fashion and shoe shops alongside perfume and jewellery shops and some superb restaurants and café’s for to take a break and allow your credit card to calm down.

So if you really want to treat that someone special whilst your in Tenerife and they love shopping, why not take them along to the Plaza del Duque shopping center and indulge their passion?
