There are some many 'buzz words' associated with eco friendly dinning these days. From sustainable farming to food miles, today's dinners want to know more about where the food they are consuming has come from and how it got to their plate. Whilst this is something that is very difficult to do in Tenerife as much of the produce used by the local restaurants has to be imported to the island, clearly the fact that Tenerife is a large rock rising out of the Atlantic Ocean, it's quite safe to assume that much of the fish has been either caught or farmed locally in Tenerife.

Obviously I know my usual haunts who will offer FREE Wifi but every so often I find myself in a 'foreign' area looking for something to eat and also wanting Wifi access.
